Log in to your NCG account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid damage during transit.

Ship to NCG

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
